If you have connected your Meta or WhatsApp Business account to FixetNow and would like your associated personal data deleted, you can request deletion at any time.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please contact ZerunoSoft Private Limited using the contact information below.

Information to Include

To help us identify your account, please include:

• Your FixetNow account email address
• Your registered mobile number, if applicable
• The Meta or WhatsApp Business account connected to FixetNow
• A description of your deletion request

What Data Will Be Deleted

After verifying your request, ZerunoSoft will delete or anonymize personal data obtained from Meta that is no longer required to provide the requested service.

This may include Meta account identifiers and other personal information received through the Meta integration.

Processing Your Request

We will review and verify your request before processing it. Once verified, we will take the appropriate steps to delete or anonymize the applicable personal data.

Data Retention

Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for security purposes, accounting requirements, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal obligations. Such information will be retained only for the period required and handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
